And in all seriousness this is probably the best spot to summon Basium from and pretty much city site no. 3 at the moment.

So you're settling NE of the wheat? I'm sure it's obvious to everyone else, but I'm still new at this :P

That is the best location on its own merits. Whether it is the best overall location depends on the context of the surrounding tiles, where founding in one of other tiles in the area may be better to allow for better nearby city locations.

Edit: I spy a flood plain S-SW of the wheat. Hmm.

3h City tile, mountains guarding the south and east. What's not to like?
