I don't think the testing section counts towards the post restriction. Spamming here is probably fine, it's for a good cause.
If you don't want to spam you could always talk about the other civ website you frequent.

Should probably be a good time to point out that I travel occasionally on business and although that shouldn't be a problem (I have a laptop!) I might have to play at unpredictable times for a few days here or there. I'll give notice on that, though.

One thing I'm kind of curious to see with this mod is whether or not financial remains the runaway best leader trait. I still think that realistically, you can't beat the extra coins.
