[No Players] Where the Lurkers Take Their Holidays

Indeed, it's a map that wants cities that claims loads of tiles with not too much overlap, much like PB72 did.

Agreed. Simming is good for on the tactical/micro-level (finding the optimal route to a short-term goal), useful on the operational-level (getting a feel for the game and what you need to build) but pretty useless on the strategic level (where do I need to be).

Yeah this is right. Good fundamentals are a prerequisite to good micro, not an alternative. Micro is mostly about refining your plan, but the plan has to be a good one to begin with.

Nowfrogger is being coy, but this misses by 2t if I'm correct.

Never mind. Mjmd's move was...spectacularly stupid, but it'll definitely have Nusten going completely berzerk.

I can't believe he would complain about commerce so much and then pick that. I'm honestly dumbfounded.

He just really wants to build all the wonders I guess

Somehow finish Pyramids, revolt into Representation, then settle all of your PHI great people in your capital and continue to build all the wonders? Isn't this why Firaxis banned IND/PHI in vanilla? Anyway, sounds like a fun time to me.

He has so many riverside plains...just HR/Serfdom it and recover on "all the Moai tiles".

He's somehow gimped his economy that he's going to revolt to Rep and have to research using CITIZENS.

While I applaud Ljubljana's extremely wide settlements, it's also the posterchild of why I dislike playing without barbarians.
