The response to this is pretty simple. If anyone had any clue that that was his intention, which is impossible because he goes weeks without logging into this forum and won't respond to PMs, then we wouldn't have to worry about it.
EDIT:
And also, if someone theoretically wanted to turn a game people make a year long commitment to here into a farce by failing to play turns, then yes, that would indeed be worthy of action on my part.

Impossible? About a dozen RB LoL players interact with Warlord via teamspeak all the time.

One turn, right? At a point in the game where the cost of queuing actions is almost zero? When I played a short-timer pitboss game last year I queued turns all the time, and I didn't make the game a farce (unless winning by a ~100t margin is a farce).
Look, this isn't my fight, but I don't understand why we're being so unwelcoming here. Yes, Warlord isn't the typical RB player, and he probably should have educated himself better about what customs existed for these games. But the way this is being handled screams "punish the outsider" to me. When Cull or myself have stopped updating threads in PBEMs and been slow to pass along the save either no one has said anything or a small friendly bump was offered. There is no way we'd be considering forcibly removing a player after missing a single turn if they were a recognizable name on this site.

Off the top of my head and just IMHO - abandonment of the game, cheating, and grossly inappropriate out-of-character actions (beyond the "f*** you" slaze was able to get away with in RBP2).

I want to be careful with my words as to not spoil things, but there has been more going on than missing a single turn. I think it's inappropriate for any lurker other than GES to elaborate on what I mean here, but this isn't just punish the outsider. GES will obviously have to decide how to handle things though.

Teamspeak isn't Realms Beyond. These forums are Realms Beyond. I cannot reach him through any of the typical Realms Beyond Civilization channels.

You seem to miss the theoretically in my statement. I didn't say that one turn would be a farce. Or ten. I said if someone did play the game in such a way, it would force me to take action. And up until now, I have very limited information to go off of.
Again, I don't think this thread is an appropriate place to really deal with this issue because of the high probability for spoilers.

Not to sound like a total ***, but why don't you ask Sunrise(Heck, I can name 20 people off my head who are regular posters who could help you with this) for the TS info and go on and talk to Warlord yourself? As a game admin, take some more responsibility than just send a PM on an account that you KNOW he doesn't check/log on to, and post in a forum he might not look at daily. Not to stomp on your style, or anything. Just a suggestion.

Play it in a way to queue turns and set the governor on? Huh? You're not allowed to do that? Might as well say that declaring war before t50 is banned. I mean, that restricts people who want to queue turns early game phrase. The in game effects of that is the effect the player has to take if the player decides to do so, not the game admin's job to do imo.

Didn't know you did that too.

Again, when did I say you couldn't do that? Even once? I was talking about someone "failing to play turns." If you queued them, you didn't fail to play. But who knew what Warlord was doing or why? How would anyone?
As for Teamspeak, I have the info. I've logged in before. I didn't know he was there until sunrise said so, but I still have no intention to do that. Most of the time I am posting these things from my mobile phone because I am rarely at home, doing nothing, in front of my computer. But I suppose I should, when I do get free time at home, log on and off of Teamspeak until the person I am looking for shows up? Just because they are too lazy to respond to a PM?

The first part is my bad, reading comprehension error on my part. The second part is related to below so...

I thought you knew about he was on ts, again thats my bad.
I believe Warlord does queue his turns. If he doesn't, then we have a problem. But as far I'm aware he does. Also, we are all aware that Warlord does NOT log in to his acc, therefore does NOT get PMs. Its not a matter of laziness, just the matter of not checking the forums(which I didn't do in my first pbem/pitboss until Bob yelled at me to check the email thread ![alright alright](https://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/images/smilies/alright.gif) ).
Another small thing: If you're also going to admin a game like this, a huge venture of around 20 players, you should have more time than just to check/post from a phone, to actually be able to settle disputes outside of just the narrow bounds of this forum. But thats my two cents coming from certain game where the admin/gm has a huge responsibility outside the normal realm.

I have no real opinion on the current situation, but I will observe that game admin is a no-win job, and this is a nice reminder to never volunteer for it.
