[Spoiler] Any volunteers for a human sacrifice? Brennus of the Aztecs, by Krill

antisocialmunky Wrote:A farmer's gambit will nearly always work in any economy based game unless you are called on. You just have to find the viable path that doesn't leave you extra dead.

Also, I vote red but I would prefer going toward West of Wines. Farther north means Tundra, farther south means desert. The only habitable band on this planet is clearly the band your capitol is in or really far south.

Settler isn't due for at least another 20 turns. I got plenty of time to scout around there.

Also, farmers gambits here are a lot riskier because you can't slave out an army as effectively; you have to keep a larger standing army.

I just played my turn, the warrior is on the plains hill forest, and I checked the demos, luckily Ceil didn't luck out and keep Plako's capital.

It reminds me of that no resource island epic/adventure.

my prediction is that, after this encounter, you will still need 3 more xp to unlock HE.

(since you don't get xp from animals if you have 5 or more)

(I will, but it'll be one less barb to ambush me later on when I move my settler north)

Why will I move my settler north you ask? Because of this:

Dry Corn is like wet Rice smile. Still, its better than nothing which is what you are working with up until now. On the Wines is tempting, but no real reason to speculate until you've scouted the area.
