If there is any doubt, I'd say pause it, because AFAIK Carthage can't play again for about a week unless something got resolved that wasn't posted.

Sunrise is in game now, and presumably playing the turn, but I agree we should pause it for the other 2 teams given my understanding is Carthage won't be able to play another turn till next weekend.
EDIT: Hopefully you can get to that before it rolls. I'm exhausted and am going to bed.

Rome also played recently I see. I'll email Kyan (I assume HRE and Ottos played, as they logged in, and Ruff never ends turn anymore) and see what's up. I'd say if Carthage shows up to play, tomorrow (which my understanding is won't happen) and the turn still hasn't rolled, he should probably just start the timer and Babylon will just have to miss their turn

I believe Shoot the Moon of Carthage is gone for the next few days and his sub dissappeared on him at the last minute, so I'll pause the game after I play in a few hours if no one has beat me to it.
