I didn't include that, but I don't mind that much. I'm hoping to befriend with them that should eventually mean they allocate their points to someone else without any clausules.

So it looks to me from your screenshots that you moved within six hours of the start of the turn timer on your previous turn and declared within the first six hours of this turn. So I think everything is in line with the rules here. Just make sure you continue to play within the first 12 hours of the turn timer until the war ends.
I cannot tell when WarlordDr played, but it was entirely possible that if he played outside the first six hours of the last turn, that he couldn't double move you even if you didn't declare.

East, try to fork his food and city after with NE. His third warrior will probably be able to cover it. Plako said he'll just stop the warrior 1E if he sees all 3 warriors next turn.
