Also, I have the micro plan finished for until eot T42 when I would finishes Henge, including the forest chops to complete the wonder, get the roads in place for a trade route, a suitable second city location and the worker turns to hook up food at second city site in 2 turns at size 1 and immediately available at size 2.
Thank plains hill between the cow and sheep looks to be a sound city site. Settler whipped T33, settled T36, cow hooked T37, grow @2 eot T41, sheep hooked T42.
The two scouting paths. I currently prefer blue because it uncovers as much of the coast as I would need to dot map the north, and I think there is a hill 77 of the scout. That scout path uncovers a ton of land.

Actually that plains hill might be one of the best city sites I've seen in a long time, except it's missing a river connection to the capital.
Brick, can you move the silver/corn for that cow and sheep please?

if this game keeps the pace it's had so far, you actually will end up spreadsheeting all your micro out to T100 by T10, and oh how you'll squirm...

I spreadsheet out starts like, to the point of insanity, but around T40 or so I have to stop myself or else I'll end up making horrible macro-level mistakes due to tunnel-vision. Better to play a little looser and risk some inefficiency, I think. Consciously stopping myself from overplanning is not even a civ-specific thing for me... its sort of a self-trust thing, I guess? Its like I've got to force myself to trust my future self to make good decisions.
That said, I do like analyzing things, trying to find those inefficiencies... its fun. Like for example, in PB22, whether vassalage or bureau was better economically, I analyzed how worth it was to grow onto coast (it was very worth it because tall cities got a better multiplier to work with my cothons), the net economic difference between Police State and Rep (PS ended up being better, surprisingly), etc, stuff like that. It can be fun just to play around with numbers!

It's sad that with only 2 turns out scouting I've already micro'ed out to T50 all the workers, settlers and defensive warrior moves to cover the moves outside my territory. It even means I've already figured out what sort of scouting or barb interdiction I can do with warriors outside those turns I need them to cover units. I even know the tech path. All I need to do now is write it down.
All I do for the next 50 turns is to deviate as needed by global and local developments, like someone else stealing Henge, Gavagai settling 4 tiles to my south or Tasunke warrior rushing me.

I do the same thing, I don't think its sad at all. Simming out starts is really fun, I go nuts with it when I first see my start. And then, for the next month...

The worst bit is when we first started playing MP games here, the maps were so food poor there just weren't viable choices for multiple second city locations. You had 1 or, rarely, 2 locations, and once you'd done that it was essentially a solved-game in terms of maximising specific yields. But if there are different viable city sites then there is the possibility that more micro plans need creating for stuff like rushing that second city out.
Although with the micro I've found, the worker whip to overflow granary, double settler whip at 50/10 and the second worker whip to overflow Henge, I don't see it getting much better unless the whole goal changes. But a T42 Henge build is not exactly the fastest possible, I will need to keep back up plans in place.

Cos I'm bored. Took half an hour to make including simming through. Henge is eot T43, not eot T42, don't know where I got that number from, other than a possible miscount on the turn number because all the other micro checks out. Worker micro included for settling and improving second city; if I settle to the east the micro is identical due to rotational symmetry around the capital of the relevant tiles, it's just the movement directions are different.
Here is a spreadsheet with some colour
To be honest I think that's the happiest I've been with some micro I've done since early game PB5. Every game since then I've fellt like I was rushed and had too few workers, but this seems to be about right. I didn't extend the MM any further, but when Neu Crapital regrows eot T44, it grows into unhappiness but ivory is hooked that turn (not important but whip unhappy also wears off), and it completes a warrior and overflows enough hammers to finish a settler eot T51 with no overflow. Or grow to size 6 on an archer and complete the settler eot T52...so many options.
