Should we then also talk again about human takeover for Hyborem? As I said, Mercurian don't matter I guess, but I would not fancy getting Hyborem into the game with a human takeover when you can't even talk with him before. Tbh I would have rather AI takeover then having human takeover for a civ which won't get summoned (like Mercurians) but will show up simply because you researched a tech.

Also, a note - since this is a fairly small map without a great deal of balancing, I removed the Starting Settler bonus from your initial settler.
