Am I correct that we prefer/are OK with:

How about a double-move rule? Is that necessary, or just go with the standard "Don't be a jerk and don't double-move"?
Any rule for pauses / reloads? I think I have a decent grasp of what's acceptable here on RB, but since we have players from other sites maybe we should clarify how we want this to go.
There was a concession rule for PB13, do we want one for this game? If so, maybe we need an admin?
@Team Care Bears, a big 18-player game just started recently here, so you can check out some of those spoiler threads for examples. Also, Spullla's PB 2 thread is the classic standard.

I recommend PM'ing some of the other "teamless" players to see if we can start to form up teams amongst the confirmed players. Or if you know someone else who might be interested in playing that you can bring on board, that would work well. But don't be too nervous, there are a lot of experienced vet's who will be reading the threads and (hopefully) providing input / advice.

I do not know if there was precedent, but no problem with me  . RB is an international community, there is likely some people speaking French there. Writing in French can be also a good protection against dreaded information leak.
But please, as Yuufo offered, do some basic updates and story for posterity sake .
