Between the 1st and 2nd settler? No.
With my picks still tentative, didn't put a lot of effort into it.
There are small gains to be made finding the most optimal order of operations for my workers as well I'm sure. Juggling treekilling with getting mines online I had some turns working unimproved tiles.
Of course cracking the whip would help with needing the mines somewhat, but the 2 commerce from the 2 river hills is useful as well.
I'm considering running the top of the tree. Let the horde of other Ind civs fight over the 3 stonepiles and Oracle.
SoZ, Schwedoodle and GL all possibilities, plus the nationals.
I'd never consider Schwedoodle in a normal game, but here at RB there is such an abundance of calendar goodies on every map that religion and/or monarchy aren't needed at all to grow, so it's nice just to just ignore the whole religion tree (until you want Feudalism anyway) and still have some choices on civics.

Here we go.
Plant reveals a stranded fish NW (at least until I settle west over the water).
Scout moves 3-3, nothing I couldn't see from foggazing.
Naming theme, Disney Princesses. "Official" set in reverse order, then I'll go for other ones like Leia, Quorra, Mia Thermopolis, etc.
Merida, Rapunzel, Tiana, Mulan, Pocahontas, Jasmine, Belle, Ariel, Aurora, Cinderella, Snow White.
I see superdeath and krill have opted to move their settler.

Only resource found so far is a Stone. No food nearby on the north coast/land.
I'll head south to check that.
I can put one city down with Stone, and sharing the wheat&corn. Either landlocked for an instant river connection, plus access to share the two riverside green hills, or north coast with the same food, but only one plains hill of it's own and less trees. Unless there is food to the south it would block, preference is to the landlocked spot.
City spot with 2nd ring Fish and at least 2 land tiles is across the water. Border pop on T5 will tell me a bit more about that. Of course I'll need Sailing and a boat.

I assume in the other threads the mockery has already started for me building the Great Wall.
Meh, I had stone, and on the assumption there are lots of islands out there, I don't want to be chasing barb galleys off my fishing boats all game.
Yeah, opportunity cost of 1 settler.

Yeah, opportunity cost of 1 settler.
unless a recent mod changed it? galleys will still enter borders. On top of that TGW only helps the island its built on for land barbs if i recall.
Any chance for some screenshots?

Gavagi declared.
Worse, I didn't notice on login, so I moved a worker where it will die, AND suicided a 5xp unpromoted unit over a river and into the woods.
Least my copper finally came online last turn, but odds are high I'll lose a city. (2 chariots, 1 archer vs my 2 warriors)

City lost. Didn't even kill a unit.
He's at my copper city now.
archer and 3 chariots vs spear/axe/warrior, none of which have fortify bonus. Likely this is game over.

He's still winning every battle. Formation spear on a forest hill, dies to first chariot.
My combat axe attacks a chariot at 80%, loses.
Etc.
In total I've killed one Quecha. I'll lose another city this turn.
