My scout is highly likely to get eaten by a lion EoT (Lion should have 70% odds, and attack chance on Deity should be 100% unless it has another target I can't see (only 2 tiles that target could be on). It's almost made a lap completely around my capital. (currenty 69 from the deer)
Ramk is still dumping EPs into me - at 52 and climbing.
So I have to put 1.2 EPs / turn into him to hold graphs, delaying getting them on everyone else.
Logged in to see a Fimi settler. Wasn't in view last turn (he played after me). Got mine down just in time.
Normally here on RB, turn order would guarantee me the spot, but I've heard from a couple other players now that double-moves are allowed, despite rules saying otherwise.
Since he saw my settler, there was no reason to move his there, which confirms he intended to make that double move.
I suspect he'll just back up a square and push creative culture at me.
This is pure aggression on his part.
He's got far better spots to his west (green pigs, can share his silver) and east (deer+deer+furs+gems), plus whatever is to his north. Choosing a single dry deer tile with those other options would make no sense, except it borders me.
Meanwhile all the land to my south, west, and east has NO FOOD. I've got N and NW as my only options, and both are 4f tiles. Great swath of empty land to my south, and I have to hike 9 squares over it to find a single pig.
Not that I thought my 2% chance of victory was going to come through, but Fimi and I both just got moved to the "irrelevant" pile of players, as we shall move into a useless ancient era war, accomplishing nothing for the next 100 turns, as we turn every scrap of lumber and food into more axes.

Without war declaration, turn order should not give adavntage for founding cities. If you detect a situation where the move order (in the next round) count, you can write the arbiter and he rolls a dice.

Fimi pushes at me again. This time even farther from his own borders. The other spot could have at least be called a "defensive plant".
This is 100% pinkdotting.
Beelining an axe at him. He can see it. I don't care.
Edit: I logged back in and declared on him to make it really obvious, and to get us in a turn order.
Also sent him a PM to notify of war on the .de forum.
