No it is not. mackotis cousin did send the last save again (which I had already played). I told him via email that we are on hold but haven't gotten any confirmation that he has read my email.
As for the save: As far as I am aware the save is with Seven, and will be till earliest sometimes tomorrow or Sunday.

Yeah it's still with Seven. I resent the latest save to Seven just now just so the tracker displays whose turn it is correctly.

Mackotisub has had the save for 45 hours now. How about whoever sends him the save pings him?

rbmackoti is still the email being used on the tracker. In fact I think it's the only way we have to contact the sub.

I'd suggest resending the save to the tracker. Mackotisub did that when the save was stuck with Seven (because of the convention) and he didn't know and probably thought it might be him who forgot to send it.
