They don't even say how much GPT they'd give...they could be paying back the loan for the next 310 turns.

Alternatively I might be in favor of telling them that we'd give them the loan after the timer has been permanently lowered to 36 hours.

With proper terms for repayment, I'm open to a loan in general. 300g is probably too much though.
However this is the team that writes NAPs with the word 'clausule'. That request was so informal I'm pretty sure they aren't even serious.

Well if we were actually giving them a loan I would demand interest. I doubt they realize how much the snowball speeds up in Civ, so I doubt they'd be willing to pay an actual reasonable interest rate. Not to mention that they're CFC.
