turn played but I can't send it on in the PBEM tracker because Yaz is Cyrus in the tracker... but actually Stalin in the game...

Hrm, didn't we change Civs? Does that mean the wrong save got to SL?

Looks like the random civs are Stalin and Mansa Musa.

Okay, I was not allowed to change civs from the launch menu. So the options are 1) I edit the worldbuilder file which I know how to do, or

Okay, I've mailed the save to Krill. Leaders are:

My bet is that Darrell isn't as good a WB save editor as he thinks he is and he left the leader as Stalin but changed the civilization. When the game came to display who was who, it got confused (unrestricted leaders is not checked) and just displayed the Persian leader ... or Darrell left in the Stalin leader name (and color?) but it is actually Cyrus.

Lets just play on as something like this seems fitting for the wacky game we are playing .

Ok having trouble again... this time with the tracker wesite

Open game with mod...ok
Play turn...ok
Change name to Square Leg instead of Sitting Bull...ok
End turn and create save...ok
Upload turn - Says message sent but the tracker still says it's my turn...

Yaz - do you have the save?

Edit - Stalin is a light blue colour in the score chart in the game.....

Can you post the file name of the save you are trying to send to Yaz please.

Stalin is the in-game name, right?

The Tracker site is setup to expect Yaz's name rather than Stalin's, so it doesn't know who to send it to. Best to probably send directly to Yaz's e-mail and we'll pick up the tracker next turn when everyone knows who they are....

I've updated the tracker back to Cyrus with an in-game name of Stalin

What I missed was fairly minor and not affecting the gameplay. Shall we call this a funny quirk of the game and move on, or just restart?
