Okay, so if we build SH eot41 we definitely want to get the third settler out after that. If we don't land SH we might want to modify our dotmap and settle somewhere different. Plus we need that third worker anyways.
Now in terms of the third city, I think there are a few options...
1) Settle 3N of the capital, steal the corn or farmed FP from the capital. What does the capital's improvement state look like by the time we settle the city? This is probably the fastest city off the ground if capital is decently improved, but it doesn't get us moving toward the south.
2) Settle where the warrior is, getting the fish and the clam. Capital pops borders t47 or so (it gets a monument too), so that will be quite a few turns faster than waiting for the new city to pop borders. We'll still have one overlapped forest that we can chop for a work boat, right?
3) Settle 2W of copper, chop for work boat(s). This is strongest overall city and we'll need copper sooner or later anyway, so this might be a good idea and then we can just settle south. However we need to have the worker labor ready to road north to this site.
