Here's a quick shot to reassure Bob that I'm doing at least a few of the things he asked...
The Orcs decided to throw all their units at Coombe View. We actually killed one of the attackers, and some of the other ones are pretty beaten up.
After another round of skeleton spam, here's the faceoff for the Orcs' next turn:

Anyway, you're doing an awesome job with the defense. Very most certainly likely better than I would.

You know, we used to joke about the thousand warrior defense years ago in RaY, about how if you could throw in more warriors than the attacker could kill every turn, you'd be invincible.
I can't believe it's been proven to work.

Wow, defense is going better than I anticipated. Of course our opponents being the orcs, they're likely to move in with flood of warriors that negate great skeleton wall
In fact, I see we are outnumbered already (18 Orcs vs 16 Clowns) though most of them are hurt as you said. How many adepts do you have currently?

I think you are slightly wrong. There are 15 puppets not only one in town= 30 clowns

Summoner...can only replace 1 puppet per adept per turn, so there would be a slow whittling away of numbers. Of course, each new adept equals two new summons...

Okay, I think I got everything sorted & I'm back on track to take over the turn-playing duties again. Many, many thanks for covering for me!
If you have the time & inclination later, would you be able to show me, in text or preferably pictures, how you've been arranging the basic defense? My earlier jabs aside, you are a much better commander than I am, and I'd feel pretty stupid if I screwed up the whole defense as soon as I got my hands back on the game.
