[SPOILERS] scooter, pindicator, and Huayna Capac try some fast Zulu cuisine

Phone post so I'll be brief. First, the culture attempt is pretty obvious. Everyone knows it.

That said, I don't really care how unlikely it is, the very attempt means the outcome here is in doubt. Logically, nobody other than Plako has any motivation to stop Bigger. Why do they care who they lose to. Therefore, Plako HAS to invest into stopping it. That means 1) that's an extra cost to him and 2) he'll be fairly vulnerable with most of his military elsewhere. If Serdoa and Commodore were to hit him at the right moment. They could make it a game. Plako would still be the favorite, but pretending this is as foregone as PB5 is ridiculous.

That said, both of them are in "woe is me I can't win" mode so it may not matter. Pretty lame. It's especially irritating to me because I would love to play this out from Serdoa's position, but instead him and Commodore are pressuring the ONE guy actually pursuing a victory condition into quitting when he's clearly trying to subtly indicate his interest in playing on. That's dumb.

Well clearly RMOG should not have bothered to try to stop Team 2's culture victory then. lol

I was a ded lurker of that team for awhile and I argued heavily that they should ignore it and force T1 to stop it since they were ahead. When they realized T1 had no intentions of trying, they went for it anyway.

And that's why you always check the victory conditions.[/one armed man appearing out of nowhere]

Unfortunately we're not in OR and don't have any monaesteries. Should we bother building one?

Sorry for the lack of update last night, but Wednesday nights are not good for me usually.  I'm going to try to sneak something by Commodore, but I don't have much confidence in succeeding.  Still, we gotta try these things.  I'm using the EP slider to keep vision on his coastal cities and positioning our fleet to be able to react to his.  I've moved our stack by Island of Sins back to our mainland, and moved up a 2nd frigate fleet by the ice island, so we're covering both flanks.  He could try to rush us up the middle but I'm willing to bet he smells a trap and won't do that.  We'd also be able to hit his fleet on ocean tiles if he did that.

I'm building a few work boats right now, replacing torn nets.  Need to regrow the food.
Not sure how I'm going to get hindu missionaries or even if I should.  They're good for +1gpt and +2xp right now, so there isn't really a need to get them in cities until we building units.  So granary + forge and maybe a lighthouse before we need to worry about a missionary.

I'm going to move our galleons up again.  I want to keep the pressure on Commodore.  Should have done that last turn, really...
