Considering I don't have any units built already, I don't think that really matters.
I can build Inf now, Marines, Battleships and Tanks starting in 6 turns, Destroyers and Transports in 2, will blow a GA next turn so will be in Theo for 2 promo units by the time tanks can be built am in US with Kremlin and will be making about 1750 gpt by the time tanks are researched so you can literally buy whatever you want. If you really wanted to buy cannons you could do. That's why I didn't give unit info. Do whatever you please, because building pretty much anything is feasible.

Too slow. The cities at the top and bottom of the diamond would still control the three tiles to the left of the front city, so it would take 3 turns to capture the capital.

Will you have nukes (or Gunships ![yikes yikes](https://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/images/smilies/yikes.gif) ) at your disposal when you attack? I think I can see Vilcas, that size 1 city, Macchu Pichu, Tiwanaku, Cuzco, maybe even Ollantaytambo+Andahuaylas (if you plant a city or fort close to Andahuaylas - but that would spoil the element of surprise) fall in the first turn...
If not, i'd say Vilcas, size 1 city, Macchu Pichu fall in turn 1, Tiwanaku, Cuzco, Andahuaylas fall in turn 2.

Damnit, you got it right Profane, nicely done. Here is a problem from PBEM1 though: Paratroopers can't attack the turn they paradrop, and they can't paradrop if they move.
Putting them in transports the turn before solves the last issue, and blitz paratroopers can paradrop and attack the same turn. Blitz needs C3, so I need 17 XP Paratroopers for that.
With Barracks and Theo I can make 5 XP paratroopers. And I have some sentries that I need to clear out.
Only downside? I'd need to tech flight so that adds 2 turns to the date until I can start building tanks. I also need to find out if you can move a blitz paratrooper, then paradrop, then attack all in a single turn. If you can, I could capture every single city in that screenshot on the opening turn, except the one in the bottom left of the screen.
sunrise is beelining Inf (smart move, about the only thing that can keep him safe), but he should take a while to get there. And even if he does get Inf I'm going to have numbers on my side. I'm now about 7 turns from Tanks, and about 4 from paratroopers, already setting up the rail network.

If you nuke a city twice, does that kill all defenders? Can a paratrooper paradrop and then take an empty city?

most of hte time yes, and no. They needs blitz, and the only way of I have doing that is dropping a GG onto two 7XP paratroopers.
