I've already PM'd WarriorKnight to line up a replacement and asked the game to be paused in the tech thread.

I knew I should've made this move before now. It was inevitable really. But I suppose you have to give them enough rope . . .

If I remember correctly, when I took over from DMOC's Team Mavericks civ on pitboss he had to do something involving retiring his civ so he could reset the password to something else.

I take it that is what you are looking to do?

Yeah, essentially we want to ensure that Warlord or his replacements cannot log in and make changes to the Civ any longer.

Right, well I think its like this.

Firstly, is AI Takeover on? (I think this is important but it may not be)

- Do you have their password?

If so, log in as their civ, retire them so it becomes AI v briefly.

Then log back in as the civ, it prob won't have a password and will prompt you to set a password which can be something different.

I think this is how DMOC did it, though I may be wrong

I sent the information that TT posted to see if sunrise knows if that will work.

Does anybody else know?

I mean, I can (or WarriorKnight can) log in and do it, but I want to make sure it isn't going to mess anything up.
