holding off playing the turn and planting the undefended city and workers until you get an answer to the NAP question as they have a warrior right next to where we want to plant

OK - finally I played the turn and sent it to Kuro.

Moved the settler in position but the warrior from our first city on big-island was moved to cover it. An archer was select instead of a worker there - it could be rushed in any moment from now if necessary ... wink
