My inclination is to leave it off. Partly because you already removed the rest of the mana-granting features, but also partly because Ice can be so powerful. How could you balance it?

Well, fortunately nobody picked the Amurites or the Illians so there aren't any civ-specific reasons to put it on the map. If one of them had been picked I'd have been inclined to say that you should at least put it on the map and then surround it with peaks, and if they can get an air unit (or something like Yvain) they can claim their bonus.

Yeah good call on the reagents, it makes sense for everyone to have access to Archmages should they make it to Strength of Will.

New version.
Changes:
*Added a wine and a reagents resource to every capital BFC.
*Switcheed Bob's and Selrahc's capital -> added a inner ring resource to Selrahc's old capital, now bob's capital.
*Balanced blob resources: everyone has 4 rices, 4 pigs and 3 bananas unjungled (didn't mess with resources on jungle), 2 mana nodes, horse and bronze. Removed extra hapiness resources from the blobs -> changed them to nearby jungle tiles.
*Changed position of Malakim huts.
*Reduced the size of the floodplains area near Kuro -> Now there's a jungle ring separating them. Thre's still a lot of floodplains and good area though, but it's more balanced.
*Did the same as the above with Bob's new capital, but it didn't require much edit, just minor things.
*Created a passage in the mountains near the Grigori. It's a desert/floodplain area, extended from the small one that was already there.
*Added Yggdrasil and Dragon Bones in what I think are balanced locations.

*How do I disable contact between Civs?
*Is there any way to make the edited parts of the map look smoother? As you can see, the rivers I changed and the Grigori passage look horrible...

I'll have more comments later, but for this one - open the world builder file in Notepad or your favorite text editor, and at the top of the file there will be lines like
Quote: ContactWithTeam=1
Delete all the contact lines that aren't self-contact.

Erm, why did you swap Bob and Selrahc's starting positions?
The rivers are fixable and definitely need fixing. You can do that by just redrawing the river on the afflicted tiles. I am not sure about the fault lines (at least they look like fault lines to me) that the game seems to generate under peaks that persist after you remove the peaks. That's always annoyed me.
The ring of jungle separating Kuro from the flood plains looks very fake. If reasonably possible I'd put some plains in between.
That Dragon Bones location is extremely generous. You have two oases and some flood plains in range. I'd found 1E of the tile getting 2 FP, both oases, the incense, and I can mine the hills for production. If I research Iron Working the location doubles in value, heh. I think we were envisioning a much harsher location.

It's not as easy as it seems to fix the river. I tried deleting and doing it again, but it keeps making that damn effect. But I'm starting to not care about the visuals, just the gameplay. To make the Kuro jungle line more beliavable, I'll need to make the desert even smaller and I didn't want to have to do it.
Do you think the map is balanced with the changes I made? Should I remove the major changes? I'd like to make the map beautiful and balanced, but if that's not possible, I prefer it to be balanced.
I'll remove Yggdrasil and the Dragon Bones. They would only imbalance the map.
I switched Bob and Selrahc because bob starting spot was the only one without a desert near it. Since Selrahc plays the elves, I thought it would be a nice way of balancing things, since they don't benefit much from deserts.

I'll fix the river for you, but probably not until tomorrow.
I don't know about the start position swap. I'll think about that some more.

Thanks for the help, Noblehelium. It's really hard to do a good map alone, so I appreciate all the help (especially since I'm a begginer with worldbuilder work).
I'm going to think about the capital changing thing too. If they ordered a lightly edited map, I think it's better to leave the starting position as they were.
