Yes please to all these settings. TT being off is the only setting that is definitely crucial to me. I'd add huts ON and AI diplo to this, although I think the latter was assumed when you said CTON.

I think these two go together. I vote for no RB Mod and using my random w/ filter setting, but if we do RB mod on, I don't see as much need for the filter. Regardless, random leader sounds fun. Also, if we do Mod off + random w/ filter, it should be done independent of perceived player skill. Not looking for skill balances, rather looking at leader/civs and starts in a vacuum.

Big & Small is actually pretty nice, but sometimes you have to roll a few to get one that looks both fun and fair. I believe you were telling me that there's a certain setting for Big & Small that comes out fair pretty frequently? I don't remember which that is. I'm good with scout starts for all & Emperor difficulty.

Actually, huts on would be pretty much RBmod dependent for me. The whole "first two rows only" tech popping makes a big difference.
B&S, it really makes a difference how many players. 12 seems get much more fair landmass distributions than 10 for some reason. Would someone (Seven?) mind signing up as "roller"? RBmod is ostensibly ours as a community, I think "RBmod .02 with slavery change reverted and drafting size reverted" is a valid option, and shouldn't take more than half an hour to effect, and would great buff the "wet empire" that Brick is talking about.

Don't blame me, Commodore IM'ed me about this thread being here so it's his fault.
If this is to be an approximation of the PB5 style then I'm in. If it is anything resembling the diplo/stress/abortion of PB7 I'm waaaay out.

Script/map touching? I don't care as long as it's remotely fair. By that I mean no one should be eliminated on Turn 0 because the map trolls him.
Scout-only starts? Since this is random leaders I would hate to be screwed on a Hunting start (or is this changed in RB Mod?), so I'd say either give everyone warriors or give everyone scouts
Difficulty? I don't care, we're all playing the same game so it doesn't make a lot of difference to me. It would depend on map size. Maybe monarch for lower city maintenance? I don't have the difficulty XML available right now so I'm not sure how much different city maintenance is in percentages between monarch and emperor.

CTON, no banter - I think this is a dealbreaker for me, it must be CTON, no banter for me. I can't be trusted to play nicely otherwise.
Events! - No events. Events are stupid and just unbalance gameplay. Even in a game where we aren't striving for balance I don't see the point.

If this is with RBmod on and CTON/AW, I'm interested as I've wanted to give RBmod a spin for a long time now. I dare slowcheetah to sign up with me, just so we can switch barracks builds every turn. cheetah, if you're up for another another fancy feline festival I'm game! This will be a very laid-back game for me, I won't even care if you override my decrees without consulting me first. I'm indifferent about all other settings.

I'll sign up to team catwalk, although it'll be a laidback game for me too. I definitely don't have time to solo at a good standard.
Barracks are much better in RB mod anyway :P.

Is it possible to get rid of the resource grouping thing that caused Australia to have no resources? I think Big And Small would be fine if the resources distributed properly.
Also, scout starts would be good.
