Settler should be 330 gold on quick, it's 500 on normal speed, rounded or truncated to a multiple of 10.
I've come to the same conclusion about Liberty: better to go for the settler early (Republic is nice too) and buy the worker, skipping Citizenship until later. Collective Rule is considerably more hammers than Citizenship once you build another couple settlers with the 50% bonus.

Founded my pantheon.
God of the Sea was taken by someone. I can only assume they have Whale, Pearls or Crabs in their capital, otherwise that's a baffling decision.
Solitude is growing nicely.
Working the Wheat, River Salt and the Marble tile, since +1 gold is more important to me than +1 hammer right now.
Also, as you may have noticed on the side of the screen...
Found the Rock of Gibraltar. It's in La Venta, so no one will be able to make much use of it. My warrior is turning back to start taking care of that barbarian camp, and provide some cover for the eventual settler.
Other thing I realised. I can check up on who pindicator has been meeting by looking at the diplo screen.
So, even though he's met both La Venta and Jerusalem, because he wasn't lucky enough to meet either of them first, he doesn't have a pantheon. He should be sitting on 8 faith right now, unless he's built a shrine.
Finally, I pledged protection to each city state I've met, since the +10 resting point seems worth risking someone fucking with them. La Venta is the only one really at risk of being messed with though, depending on the lay of the land to the west.

Demographics since Ichabod met me.
Ichabod hasn't met any of the 4 CS I know yet. I really wanna know who met La Venta and founded God of the Sea, since it appears to be on the eastern edge of the continent. Pindicator has founded his own pantheon, can't remember which one off the top of my head though.

If Pindicator doesn't get Petra in his capital I'll be surprised.
2 Sheep Desert Hills, Desert Marble to help build it, Egypt for another wonder bonus. Unless someone else uses a liberty GE to rush it, it's as good as his. He's also going Tradition, so he'll have that wonder bonus too.
The land that's mine.
I have 3 CS directly in my sphere of influence (Valletta, Monaco, Jerusalem), plus 2 more which are in dispute. So over half the CS are near me, Siam, the civ that most wanted to control CSs.

You got a second policy, right? Must be with the culture counter at 40. What did you take?

Republic. Unless pindicator has decided to hand build a settler now-ish, I should be able to get the Collective Rule free settler into the disputed area before he can get one there.
Met Venice.
Another CS that applies to my UA. Beauty.
Worker has been bought, and my newer warrior is scouting the land I'd quite like to claim.
Ideally I'll settle 1SW of the warriors current location, which will allow me to claim both citrus and gold in the 2nd ring. Also, with all that jungle, an observatory will be important.
Researching Masonry right now, then Archery -> Wheel -> Construction. Don't want to be delaying Composite Bows any longer than absolutely necessary.

Found Itchy Bod's capital.
Like mine, also size 5.
And a look at the social policies taken so far by my neighbours.
Presumably both have Legalism, as well as Pindicator having one of the 2 capital bonuses.

Inspecting the neighbourhood.
pindicator declared war on Valletta and didn't instantly sign peace. Don't think we banned that, so interesting decision there. Wonder what he's doing.
Solitude and surrounds.
Library just about built, will build a couple of archers next since Archery comes in EoT too. Collective Rule is only a couple of turns away, so another settler to be built one the 2nd archer can escort him.

Demographics.
My new social policy.
And the settler from said social policy.

There's an archer that just appeared. My injured warrior is probably going to need to move next turn since I can't 1shot the archer. On the bright side, my Settler is 2-3 turns away from city #2 being built.
My scout sees Pindicator's scout across the ocean. I'm pretty sure this means there's a land connection there, since there's no way he'd have Optics this early.
All the land I've explored in strategic view.
And tech tree. Construction starts next turn, which also means composite bows, which should mean I can defend myself from pindicator without too much concern. Hopefully he decides Ichabod is a more enticing target, or Ichabod decides pindicator is an enticing target.
