Making progress on sweet awesome completed farms. Having The Wheel means at least worker-moving can be efficient.
This is a darned crowded map tho.

It's a fun little tiny blob with nine spokes. Sure is nice to be Agg/Chm. I hope my foolishly optimistic immediate neighbors (Raskol and I...think Mr. Cairo) will think I'm looking at Machinery for my first conquest. This is absolutely a map to beeline HBR, use cheap barracks, and roll a neighbor and then go on towards Machinery. And then Guilds. With nanban harbors the main draw, because 2-movers > all.

Some spokes are spokeyer than others. This is the other neighbor, Cairo, yup. He's already on two warriors, good for him.

I'm going to hope that Migeulidicator can pressure Cairo into some slowness; I'm going to just plop a quick settler on that hill for security and chariots, then my main task is going to be containing Catherine on the other side. Cairo is a little passive, but he's not bad at all and he's not someone I want to fight until I'm ready to go ride-or-die mode.

So this is just lovely. So great to have this early border tension, bumping uglies on turn 31.

He declined to fight thus far. Nice and tight map is nice and tight.

We're small, but we're also compressed.

On the plus side, these pitiful six citizens are all working improved tiles.
