Yeah. I arguably got the worst start as well, but to be totally honest a coastal fish and irrigated rice is fine, even without a 2 hammer plant, with the Dutch it was pretty fast start even with a slow starting leader. And to make matters worse, your second city location was perhaps just this side of impossible to attack, as you were CRE: the western plains hills meant I could never get a surprise attack off, you had the city on the hill and the river forced me to either leave units visible for a single turn and attack over it, or give you two turns to react.
And then Serdoa, I had to spend 3 turns just traversing that isthmus due to the hills and forests. Kyan wasn't that either.
And if I tried to send settlers over the sea on galleys, Thoth was right there anyway...and all that coastal land I could settle was tundra.
I'd say the start was unplayable.
