More of the same. Got the Quest of Warships. No doubt someone has already completed this 30-40 turns ago and
the game didn't tell me.
Japan finished the Classic Literature quest ... extra beakers from his libraries.
India v Smurfs ... what happened here? The purple insert is from a few turns ago ... India is bombing down the defenses.
Now they are all gone. Disappeared? Where did they go?
Did Mr Smurf land a killer party of cats and HAs ... and wiped them out in one go? If so, wouldn't there be at least 1 unit left on the hill?
Did India get bored and reload them to galleys to attack Mr Smurf capital? Or is India now after the Gem Island  .

HA! I found India's units ... in my territory on Gem Island. Hmmm ... Is this allowed in this game?

It wasn't explicitly outlawed to trade cities and I don't find anything regarding that in the first post of the tech thread. But seeing that we haven't played with city trading in eons, I would say no it is not allowed.

I did check the tech thread ... and didn't see anything about it. I offered it to the Smurf and will wait until he plays.
India is after him and if he accepts the city deal, I will close borders with India and eject the Indian forces from Gem Island.

Ouch. I am at about 450k in power ... Commodore was over 600k ... but is more like 400k now. And fighting against the Civ with the Statue of Zeus
(does that still give extra WW in this mod? - I checked the in-game info and it isn't listed in the bullet points, but it is discussed in the ... err ... discussion).

What a fun turn. I read some of FT's sig posts about his fun turns ... war and destruction all over the place ... mainly navel.
First off ... - offered OB to FT ... he has a settler almost in old Roman lands ... no idea where he is heading
- FT and MilkShake are at war with Commodore
- FT took one of his cities ...
Next ... - iron for iron with Mr Blue Smurf - NO
- OB with Mr Blue Smurf - YES
Ok ... looking around, Gem Island city is deserted ... with 8 Indian units on the door step. But only one of them is a 2 mover ... a GG Spear. Hmmm - that gives me some options.
I wonder what will happen if I close borders with India.
Any guesses?

I had some units on some galley ... to retake Gem Island from the Smurfs ... but with the city empty ... and OB with the Blue Crew ... I parked 2 x elephants, an axe and a cat in there.
India with a 2 mover spearman ... can't he just walk into Gem Island city and take it from Mr Smurf? My units can't do anything about that. That would open up his other units to rock on in too.
Hmm ... DoW against India should take care of that.

99% sure Statue of Zeus is just +3 exp to units built in that city in RtR, no war weariness increase.
