WK moved a WC next to the chariot and worker in the north. We can road the incense desert and kill it with the spear then cover the workers with the LB and cat.
We don't need to build triremes in Violet, finish the market first. Who cares if Smack blockade that? We don't even have a lighthouse to work those 3 tiles. The trireme is wasted hammers.
We should finish guilds and then maybe tech to optics? I think caravels are going to be important... I know we want to get to PP but the blockades on peony and elm hurt too much.
Shall we start some HAs next turn so they can upgrade into knights? I would start Lily on an HA next turn instead of a spear, as long as we get iron to Joao in two turns it will upgrade to knight. We need to get the iron in Teak mined so we can give it to Joao. I forgot to look and see if we have workers near there.

That must have been midway through their turn; they took out our chariot and capped the worker. Optics is definitely where we need to go next; Notre Dame is nice, but whales are just the same effect.

Interestingly, SMack aren't contesting the middle with us, unlike the rest of them. Vassalage is telling here; we have three triremes vs. two RMOG and one Nakorese, but two of ours are C1. Also of note; Peony is finally worth something more than just as a trading post.
We need to figure out the logistics at some time here:
Two fishing villages with enough forests to chop the essentials. Nothing exciting, but still worth it, and sooner rather than later.

Peony is important because of domestic different landmass trade routes, right? Can't get such anywhere besides on the other side of the mirror?
Yeah, I'm not happy about my past behaviour either.

Yeah, it's actually in the exact middle, and unless there are icy polar isles in the southwest, the only island on the whole map. That single +2 commerce TR is worth 30+ throughout both empires.

Just keep REXing, just keep REXing...
Got a pretty gnarly production spot here now; miserable for commerce though.

Joao, on the other hand has an amazing capital. Stock Exchanges soooooon! (Also, Sid's needs to be a target corp).
I was looking for a city for Globe redcoat drafting and I can't find any great...

Clearly we need to invade our eastern neighbors. That will give Joao some cities!
