~40% lead in food, 20% edge in GNP and slightly behind the leader in MFG........and #2 (by a gnat's whisker) in Military.

Played T60 last night, founded our new city. T61 today, and we've got the next settler already in the queue, due in 2t. With a worker and workboat in between. Falamar is so much fun!
Working on getting lots of good tiles for Mizzenmast, and also on trying to get roads to the next three city sites! Now that Poopdeck has hit max size, it'll probably swap over to worker production after this last warrior; we have enough warriors to keep us safe as we stretch out some more, at least until Mizzenmast and Topsail have finished their Havens and can help with warriors as well.
Planning to build only settlers in Mainmast for the next 9 turns, I think. The current workforce ought to be able to mostly keep up with the settlers, with supplementation from Poopdeck, and worst case Mainmast can use the first few turns after the trait change to catch us up on workers.
Still planning Org. We're on the edge of being able to make Courthouses, Lighthouses, and Command Posts all over the place! Probably will have those as the primary next tech goals, in fact - Sailing, Edu -> CoL, and then up to Warfare seems quite a reasonable path. After that, probably time for Trade.

T62...
In the south, Mizzenmast already has three improved tiles for its citizen to work (but should grow very fast). And three more tiles improved in the next 5 turns, along with 2 chops into the Sea Haven while we're still Expansive.
Meanwhile, at the city5 site, we've got the workers in place to get the route to the hill, and the hill itself, roaded in 2. With the settler completing at EOT and taking 2 turns to walk to its new abode, we should be looking at a T64 city5 settlement.
In the north, we're doing less well; there's nothing we can put on those grassland tiles until we get to Education (or Construction, but Edu's first) . I'm thinking it needs therefore to be next, ahead of Sailing, because this problem will only get worse. I'm not sure if Topsail should grow all the way to size 8, therefore - we'll want to work the improved tiles and the coast, but it can stagnate on workers for a while while we get Edu in, if need be.

Finally...I suppose we ought to take another look at the demos...
Ah...this is how Lanun were meant to be played! .

T63 - sadly, without playing overflow games, the next settler will take us three turns .
And...OO is ours! Founded in Poopdeck, as I was pretty sure would happen. Which raises the question of which city needs the Zealot spread...do we want the happiness in the capital, or the culture in a satellite city (I think Mizzenmast would be the preferred location, if this one, to get two more cove sites running). Given that we're not converting just yet...I think we want the culture most at the moment. We'll still have plenty of opportunities for natural spread, in addition to actually building of the missionaries.
I'm planning a turn of savings, then probably full speed ahead on Edu. To be followed by Sailing.

Yes, it's all such a cunning plan that even *I* can't see its purpose
Gonna have to take more time with the next turn, make sure the cities are working the right tiles

Sweet!
I think we move the Zealot to Mainmast. It can use the happies once we convert, but hold off on the actual spread until t71 to let the RNG do it's thing. None of our cities are desperate for a border pop (they could all *use* a bp, but they can wait a few turns if necessary.

Sounds good....so long as we actually have the worker turns to build some cotts....if not, Sailing then Edu is the way to go.

I know we're expanding rather rapidly...but I think I can find the worker turns for some cottages. Edu first (well, savings first, so there's still time to talk me out of it if you want to try). I just have to accept the improved tiles keeping pace with city growth rather than being ahead of it. That said, I did notice something new (and not in the changelog!)
Ok...yeah, I can definitely agree that Galleys are the way to go for sending out settling parties to the islands!

I won't be so silly as to claim that my micro is now perfect...but I at least spent more than 30 seconds on it this turn:
(oh, yeah...and we have a new city)
