Except Darius does magic+physical+true, so need armor+hp, like Dorans, not just armor.

Yeah, but the vast majority of his damage is physical. Buying some HP isn't an awful idea because of the ult, especially if you're naturally squishy; that's true.

The other thing about Darius is that he's extremely vulnerable to ganks (and if he's using his Q on you when you're amongst minions, he's pushing the lane).

Okay so I have a question that I hope people can help me answer

I am a part of a pretty low-mid tier premade team, we started off as just friends playing the game together, ended up with a roster in which I end up playing as support because I'm the only one that likes the role.

We're going to play in some local tournament done by some college. I've been thinking of picking up yet another support but I can't decide between Lulu or Zyra (I don't consider Nami yet). They both seem to be quite pokey champions with lots of CC and ways to either initiate or protect the carry. I just don't know which would fit me better (I am, objectively, a better player than my AD carry, and I usually kinda "carry" him in lane; I guess the question is, which support can make better plays without having to rely on the AD carry (we don't synergise very well yet).

My best champions in that role would be Janna, Alistar, Nunu and Taric while my Blitzcrank and Leona aren't too good, if that helps you make my decision.

Thoughts?

TBH there are similarities between Zyra and Lulu as you said, so I'd say picking either is fine, as they both do the same thing. I think Zyra is the easier champ to pick up though, and she does counter Blitz better than Lulu

Awesome, Krill. Thanks.

The item shop is MUCH improved IMO. The recommended items are more or less the proper builds now. And the ability to navigate without having to move forward and backward as much is great. It more or less eliminates one of my major complaints, which is that Riot should let you select the six "recommended" items before the game for each champ, that way the item shop is super easy to buy from.

Now my major complaint is that Riot won't let me change key bindings out of game (unless I am missing that somehow). It is a constant race for me to try to make changes every time I want to try a new setup.

You mean they weren't before? I thought regrowth pendant was really useful on Vayne...

No, I agree about the shop design. Just wish they'd release the damn patch. whip
