Just a quick comment -- I think it would be best to have a new thread devoted to the diplomacy (and another to deal with technical issues). I think this has been the case in previous games.

Here, the idea is "full diplo on" - which means we would not do in public things that should be only done in private :P  .
In yet another words, no public diplo thread. Diplo will be done by email (hence we exchanging them) or chats. There will be player chats for technical issues, though.

When someone has met everyone it is ok to open up United Nations thread that can be used to communicate with all other nations. Naturally those who have not met everyone can only listen not talk.

I mean, it is still OK to communicate publicly, if desired. But unless in some games, we can also communicate by email or chat - once met in-game.

Yeah, this is also cheesy - although so difficult to pull off that it rarely happens . I am ok with banning it, too.
I am very against banning AP. It's a great wonder!

I am basically indifferent on the subject, if more people want banning AP, we can vote on it. Original rules did not ban AP.
