Intresting tidbit. When chopping a forest in foreign territory the hammers are apparently going to the city that owns the tile, even if there would be war between the nations in question. At least this is what user interface told when I chopped the forest from Furs tile.

Just playing the turns. giving Irish coffee was a mistake. I didn't check culture situation so we can't keep the other northern city either. We still have a huge army and after Railroad we probably can do some offense again.

Irish coffee looked like it was still ours when I logged in just now?

How did we extract ourselves from Gillette land without a bigger dip in the power graph? Amazing.

I gifted it this turn, but I know how the border will look like.

In retreat I pillaged a lot, sacrificing quite a few Cavs in the process.

Well we could still renegotiate with Q then, and have him refuse the gift. Of course that would require diplo. *shudders*.

I've played two turns and only lost one city (katan)! I'll lose another city next turn (Deerslayer) but might be in good shape to nuke the invaders.

Just to be 100% clear, I am spending about 5 minutes per turn, so don't expect a lot smile.

Pretty epic misclick cost us the opportunity to kill about 40 units and means we will probably lose a reasonable number of units instead frown.

Don't feel bad about it.

Don't group units.

We could probably get a reload if you want it? Otherwise, don't worry about it. None of us are losing sleep over this game, so there's no reason you should do so, either.
If you know what I mean.
