Actually i don't worry about the LP team, they have a lot of "orgynized" and "kinky" things to distract to them

To offer a lurker opinion, I don't see why you'd bother to ban city gifting if you don't ban AP victory. AP victory is only possible if another player votes for you. Surely gifting someone victory and unilaterally ending the game is cheesier than giving someone a city....

Maga, a question about the rules: what is the penalty if any team break a rule? double move, city gifting etc?

Generally its reversion to a save where the infraction had not occurred, and otherwise plako will determine it.

Hi Maga,
rules 1-9 ok, emperor, scout, starting positions before sneke - ok (speaking for myself).
Sorry to throw another thing into discussion, but are you sure about tech stealing on? It's ok when everybody plays on their own, but it's diplo game and when teams cooperate it can be exploited.
Was it stated somewhere - what scipt will be used for map making?
