There is a bug in the current version of RB mod.

Persia cannot build spearmen, but Immortals still have their old stats as chariot replacements.

TBH, I don't recall what Immortals were supposed to be changed to, but I'm pretty certain that taking away spearmen from the Persians and not changing the Immortal's stats wasn't what was intended. wink

Oh. Oh my. Immortals are supposed to be reverted back to the chariot replacement, but yeah, spears ought to be an option...
If only you and me and dead people know hex, then only deaf people know hex.

lol Yeah, getting to build better chariots as well as regular ones isn't quite on par with the ability to build spearmen.

So Cyneheard or maybe T-Hawk can answer this; could we fix the bug in a new version of the mod and just load a save from here? I'm assuming we have a few turns before the spears of Persia are called for...if we can fix it on the fly, that's fine, otherwise, we should restart early.
If only you and me and dead people know hex, then only deaf people know hex.

OK, found problem, no how to fix problem, just need to liaise with Caledorn to see if we can fix it without needing to restart. If we need to restart, I have the mod ready to go (It's literally a 1 line fix).

That's what I need to test with Caledorn. I think that if he has different versions of the mod for each PB program, then possibly not. If we do, then it'll have to be a rehost, and I'll release the download link for the new mod (it'd be version 2.0.3.5, and it's already uploaded).
