Based on what people are saying, I'm seeing a good split of non ayers who are wanting to stay unspoiled for covering, and lurkers who want to be spoiled. Should I make an extra thread for the sub turnplayers without spoilers or something?

Keep spoilers to a minimum here and pm the map to interested reviewers? The lurking experience is more fun when you don't know the map and get to discover with the players.

That us a good point. It also us a strike against needing to have a lurker civ or Observer portal at all (except for admin analysis if needed I suppose)

A PYFT-request thread would be useful. One place to request help from the legion, one place for them to check, minimal extra noise. Looking at PB18, using the tech thread for that is fraught, too much other stuff going on, the PYFT stuff gets overlooked.

Maybe also put some details about PYFT-squad into the settings/ruleset? Obviously they can jump in when the player requests their help - but at what point in the timer can they jump in unsolicited? I'd suggest at minimum, players should have a post in their thread with 'password, jump in if the timer is X hours or below', and set a default of something like 2 hours for anyone who doesn't specify.

Course, I'm volunteering to be spoiled rotten, not to help anyone play. If you get the map to a reviewable state before Sunday, shoot it my way and I'll tell you what I think.
