Yeah just record a short clip of angry Pacal then extract each frame for the undoubtedly necessary many times that we'll need to post it.

ive made some gifs with gimp, but its quite tedious - well at least for someone who has not done it before.

as an aside: my favorite (and only) civ-related one: (pbem37 spoiler, but its from 7 months ago - so...)
