No it's not. A NAP until T110 as far as I understand it means a NAP up to but not including T110. If we had a NAP 'through', 'until the end of' or 'up to and including' T110, then I would acknowledge that the NAP is still in effect, but that isn't the case.

I think intention was clear. T110 still peace and after that war possible.

Since I'm too involved here I quote Gaspar. I noticed that he has been legal advisor of Mackoti in PBEM10. There Mackoti asks: " if i have a NAp until turn x i can declare on turn x or i have to wait until turn x+1?wich is the usual custom?"

And Gaspar said: "x+1 is the usual custom."

Note that, number was replaced by x to prevent spoilers.

Except Mackoti didn't follow that with his declaration on Twinkletoes. So I didn't follow it when I declared war on him.

I've had enough arguing when we're clearly not going to be able to convince each other. All I'll say on this is that we had a NAP that didn't specify the end date very well which we've both interpreted differently.

How about we just drop it so this thread won't just have to be remembered as an argument between us and instead find solace in killing each other on the battlefield?

Perhaps I'm missing something here, but as far as I understand English, "Y holds until X" means "Y holds up to but not including X". That's how everyone I've played with in previous games seems to have understood it, anyway... huh

Just my two cents. Not trying to take sides in this argument, just trying to clarify in case the issue comes up again in future.
