Homeworld was very good, appropriate to the setting and story of the game. I also like the HW2 battle music (so much that I've some of the tracks on my MP3).
Another game with good music for me was Deus Ex. It fit the mood of the game perfectly, sinister, apocalyptic and paranoid. The intro cutscene is also pretty epic (assuming you don't mind the lack of lip-syncing).
