No, better to use the whip for the granary, so the city can start filling up the granary as soon as possible.
New tech Masonry. Since Hinduism has been founded I think it's better to pick up the prerequisite for Monotheism first. Will collect gold for 1t, and then it will take 4t to get Masonry. Demos:

Turn 61 played. Chopped the forest into the axeman, so Silver Master has a defender next turn (will be unhappy otherwise). Put a cottage-turn into the flood plains 1E of Rageinald, will work towards the pigs and then the copper hill.
Do you have any preference on how to use the worker coming out of The Emperor next turn, BaII? I'd recommend working towards the horses or the furs.
In particular, I'd like to go for a city by the furs soon. Those are the only happiness resources that are easily claimable in the short and medium term. Demos T60 (previous turn): Demos T61:

Played turns T62 and T63 back to back, since I was last to play.
The Emperor puts the overflow into a library and then started a worker as it growed to 5, just as the whip unhappiness disappeard. There is also a half-finished axe in the queue. The new worker finishes the cottage on the grassland SW of the city, and the settler is started, getting 11 foodhammers. Will switch to the axe to grow, then whip settler, overflow to library and finish axe. Probably put a chop into the library as well. Silver Master is a conundrum. Will grow to 4 on T64 but will be unhappy then. I can put the overflow into the library, but I want a second chop to go to the library as well, so I start the worker now, and will then put the chop into the library - I have one turn when I can grow safely, not two. Rageinald grew to 2 on T63, and works a bare flood plains for now. The pig pasture is underway. Pictures: Scouting warrior didn't find anything of note. Will continue northwest, mainly following the coast. The dead scout had uncovered most of the land quite a bit north, so I will go in that direction while uncovering some of the fogged tiles.

I'm fine with u roading towards the horses, and if he worker is roading towards the horses he might as well then start roads towards the tundra, towards the planned cities.

Yeah, but I'm still unsure about connecting the horses - it's quite a bit of investment in worker labour getting a road over there and then pasturing. It needs to be done, but right now?
The main options for the next city would either be your Pink Dot or the furs. +1 happy will be very useful, though I can see picking that for city #5 as well. I personally would go for the furs, but it's your call.

Basically, with the settler due in 3t, I need to decide where to go - the furs or the pink dot. Since BaII wanted the pink dot in his instructions, I'll go for there, so the new worker goes northwards.
The Emperor is switched for the axeman while growing to 6 (in 2t). Overflow from the settler will go to the library, however. The Oracle was built in far away land.

I don't think we need horses now so I'm thinking that pink can wait so settling the furs seem like a good deal.

Ok, furs first, then pink. Moved the worker around The Emperor back south, and managed to put in a cottage-turn so it's not a total waste of worker moves.
Put a chop into Silver Master's library, and spotted a barb warrior in the north (no threat right now, 2 tiles away).

Not much to say right now. The new settler has just been completed, and is on the way to the fur spot (which got the blue circle).
Bad news in that Judaism was founded in distant land. Do you want me to continue on to Monotheism, or simply go Priesthood->Monarchy?
