September 6 is looking like the day with 8/12 responding. If you haven't responded and have a date conflict, please do so ASAP. If you have time conflicts, please start posting those also for Sept. 6. I would suggest that 4:00pm PDT (UTC-7) would be ok. I checked the ESPN software and all times are available so far on 9/6.

4PM PDT is pushing it a bit for me, so I'd definitely prefer 5PM PDT as suggested by Brick. I'll be okay though if that's a deal-breaker for others.

Yeah, sorry TT, it looks like the time is going to be inconvenient for you. Unless an earlier time like 9am PT/12pm ET/5pm time works for everyone. I would tend to prefer that, but inferring from scooter and Brick's posts, they may not be available before 1pm PDT anyway so that probably nips this option in the bud.

It's tough to get a time that works for 12 people across multiple time zones. It seems that 5pm PDT is workable enough, so that seems like the best choice absent a big push for an alternative. Haven't heard from Sunrise or dtay yet, though.
