I think we need to stall for time. And therefore we need to leave those units in the city.
We have 4 units there and LAM is attacking with 5 cat's, 5 axes, 1 spear and 1 archer.
If he bombards first, we can whip another axe in there.
If he does attack with cat's first, he'll loose the cats and maybe an attacking axe or two.
I'll move some chariots towards places where they can hit the stack, should they need it and start moving units towards Calcer.
Here is how I left the situation:
I cannot whip when not in my turn, right?

Correctish - you can whip after you end turn, but the unit won't turn up until the next time you end turn.
Its probably worth dry-whipping the unit in Hill70, but isn't it better to build Hwachas over axes everywhere?

Yes u should, that city is most likely going to fall soon, and we want to whip the city to the ground before he gets it.

Well surprisingly, they decided to Raze the city. They also sank our galley on the center lake.
They didn't bother doing any bombarding, but instead just straight out attacked with the Catapults (3 of which we killed). Keeping the Spears in there looks like it was a mistake. They did nothing other than help give LAM xp and stuff.
They got a GG, and Korea is now 5pts away from having our own (at 25/30).

The good news is that 3 Cat's died. Maybe we can pick off some stragglers with our chariots.

So WK decided to try his hand at throwing a Catapult at one of my jungle stacks....it died with doing no damage to the unit it battled, and doing next to nothing to the other units.
And then I decided to do a full update. Here's a ton of screenshots for my civ:

Are you planning on 3-pop whipping units out of those two cities that you have now 2 unhappy citizens in? With pulling MPs out of them, they are now wasting production.

Lew didn't leave anything for us to hit (covered with a spear).
I don't think he'll go any further at this point, so we have some time to build more defenses.
First two Hwachas are done. Another one next turn. Triple whipped one city, not the other (yet).
We lost our horses... guess that was a reason for the attack....
Here is the land:

Why did you move the two chariots onto that hill within range of their stack? You could see the stack with our borders, there was no reason to move any units near it. All that did was lose us two more chariots without any benefit of our own at all.
This turn, make sure you leave all your units in your cities just in case he moves any of his units closer (which I doubt). Don't leave anything available for him to kill again. And you need as much defense in case he moves that stack in to cause some damage.
