Um. Well wow. This is coming far too late to be helpful in getting land, but it's another extra bit of pain for my would-be conquerors.

Suck it, Dtay-and-your-knight-quest!

Speaking of them...Plako settled a worthless and very very angry little fort city on my face; I'm pretty sure this craphole hill will just work itself an artist until the end of time. Er, although maybe also a Great Artist bomb site? Whew that would suck. This peninsula is going to heat up quite a bit. Glad my free-flanking-elephant-sentry is there to watch the pain roll in.

You mad, bro?

Donovan beat me to the escape pod place. We're doomed.

We're roughly equivalent, now. Basically, back to where we were...whoever invades *first* will get butchered. The free flanking makes me considering going to cuirs before rifles, though.

He planned to win the game, pretty sure...he's got infinity towns and US and Kremlin soon and nice tasty Furungy. But what he will do is fight a war.

Plako love his spies.

Also, nothing but cats and muskets and knights will depress your GNP something awful, but check out what it buys you:

How is my crop yield not way worse?

If plako is spreading culture at Proven Guilty you can be pretty sure that's the attack vector he has chosen. He wants to capture the city and have borders popped asap when it comes out of revolt, probably so he can keep on moving more quickly. He tried the same thing against me in PB18, not that it was a terribly relevant factor in the campaign results.

Played: Pitboss 18 - Kublai Khan of Germany Somalia | Pitboss 11 - De Gaulle of Byzantium | Pitboss 8 - Churchill of Portugal | PB7 - Mao of Native America | PBEM29 Greens - Mao of Babylon

Agreed, boyo is coming hard at us.
