BTW why did you build two big wonders while plotting a horse archer attack vs Pin? I think that is my biggest question for you. I mean I know Gira/Van collapsed faster than expected, but that was a lot of hammers that could have been units.
Well, i figured that Gira/van were going to have some sort of defense/whipping instead of literally collapse in 2t. (If i remember correctly) i had wanted to build TGLH asap for both denial and because most of my cities were going to be coastal. I was half way thru the mid's build when i noticed Pindi's build up, and i didnt want to leave it half-finished.. Honestly an extra 6-10 HA's i dont think would have been enough. Pindi just captured too many cities too quickly and lost basically nothing. Was a wild ride of a pitboss..
If those 6 HAs came with the first stack you would have taken my capital. Me holding you off was razor close as it was

- Did you ever consider or actually build lumbermills, when they were available with Machinery?
- Did you ever consider or actually switch into serfdom? And how long? An estimate is enough.
- How did the naval combat feel in the later stages of the game? Especially with regards to speed?
- How did you like your civ/traits if you look back on the game? Especially if you used some of the changed ones.
- Anything else regarding mod changes you want to mention?
1. Not really. Course, by then, MrCairo was going to eat me.
2. I think that PB52 serfdom is probably overpowered. That said, I never got around to switching into it.
3. What's a navy?
4. They were fine, just poorly played.
5. I mentioned it my thread, but I still think the maya holkan is overpowered. It turned out not to be on this map, but if I had gone a slightly different way exploring, I would have had a pretty good chance to take Charriu's cap around turn 30 or so.

That would be interesting, but I'd argue it would go against the spirit of CtH staying close to BtS gameplay.

Does anybody still want to look up things in game? Otherwise I would like to use the opportunity to test something

I just want to know if decaying production works the same in a PB as in a SP game. Someone wrote me about that suspecting a bug. I did not notice a wrong behaviour in SP and just wanted to check that in MP.

How many people got into the new increased inflation btw? Shockingly not a fan of in a game where I was ahead, but I'm sure in a game I'm behind I would feel differently.

RB does not remotely have enough understanding of the game to be changing the inflation, especially not in such a fashion. We debated teching Drama. It would've been stupid to do so due to the increased inflation.

At one point Jowy back filled 3-4 techs that he didn't need, so wasn't sure if he wasn't being affected or wasn't aware. I kept teching a lot o techs to almost complete if I didn't need them the very next turn just to save 1 turn worth of increased inflation. Did not feel great. There was a reason I deleted this from voting for PB56.
