Neither Serdoa nor Kylerean are members of the ISDG group right now. Serdoa is listed as a team member on our CFC team roster, so it might be worthwhile to ping him about it.

An idea for you, Scooter:

Create a thread for every team that you own. The first post can contain our deals, contact info, et c with each team, and I can add make the second post which will contain our current team dossier.

The rest of the thread will contain our diplo discussion about the team.

Here's a quick draft to send to them. Since we don't know how proficient their diplomat's English is yet, I'm keeping it really simple and basic. If we don't get a response back within a few days, we can send a translated version.

I would prefer having our communication in English with them if possible, but of course not if it interferes with our ability to interact with them.

I recommend sending both English and German versions even on the first message. If memory serves they are not particularly proficient with English. We have someone fluent in both languages, let's leverage it from the start!

What makes you think they aren't proficient? I spent a month or so in Germany about a decade ago, it seemed like just about everyone younger than 40 was fluent in English. I think this will be much more of an issue with the Spanish team than with the German team.

What we know about the German team

As of turn 56, the Germans has founded four cities, and have a total of 9 pop points.

Ie, they lie slightly below average in tech progress among all the teams.

They currently claim 41000 land tiles, plus circa 13 from their capital's third-ring borders.

Their known power value is 28000, which includes 4000 from pop, 16000 from tech, and 4 warriors, but I think there is a strong possibility that they are the top rival in power, at 54000.

Reasons for this are:

The top rival team is almost certainly a team with BW. Those are the Spanish, Apolyton, the Germans, CivFr, and CFC. We have graphs on CFC, and they're below us, and I have strong suspicion that CivFr is rival worst in power. Apolyton just researched BW. That leaves the Spanish and the Germans as candidates.
