What OS are you using? I had some issues in Vista where I downloaded them to the My Documents\My Games\Beyond the Sword\Mod\ folder where I needed to put it in C:\Program Files\Firaxis\Civ 4\Beyond the Sword\Mod\ folder. If that makes sense... Yay Vista.

As long as you run the .exe in the folder pindicator mentioned you should be ok. I run the most basic version of Vista so I don't think thats a big issue.

Yeah, Vista, I'm using the steam version, meaning I put it into into Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Civ 4 - Beyond the Sword\Mod (or some variation thereof, I'm not at my home computer).
(I can't even remember where I originally installed FFH )
