For team name, how about something humble and unassuming like Team Win or Team Krill? Will surely win us half the battle right there. Could also go with Krill's Legions, to give the impression there are more of us.

Sullla is involved in the CFC demogame. That said, I don't know how rigid you ended up making your rules about participating in both games.

Yeah, there's no rule against that. Given that the CFC game has 75 signups and will likely have a slow pace, it's very possible to participate in both unless you're taking on very large roles. The more the merrier for this game.

I plan to play - this sounds like much more fun than the CFC game. Not sure what team to join.

Hello All,

I have been a silent lurker in this forum for the past 2 years (led here by Sulla's website).

I have been playing civ since the first edition came out in the 90s and have loved each iteration (although I really didnt get into civ 3, and my computer kept crashing after 200 turns of civ 5).

Must say the hints I have obtained here have helped me from being an average noble player in civ to someone who can hold their own in emperor (i have never played multi player before).

I have absolutely loved reading the pitboss threads, especially daves write up of pb6. classic.

I wouldnt have joined up the forum were it not for the fact that i might have missed out on lurkering the intrasite demo game, which i would really like to do.

If its acceptable to old dave, i would really like to join his team in this demo game. I would not be able to offer much in the way of tactical knowledge, but would just like to see how the pros do it, and also get a chance to keep reading some quality writings.

Back from the wedding and only slightly hung over so I did over the thread title to try to get people to click in and sign up. I added a roster on the first page, which hopefully is accurate.
