... I haven't mentioned having issues with it have I? ... i've known i was isolated since around t20 and rebuilt my strategy from there ... given that 3 Great Generals was created last turn should i take your questioning as you trying to find a way to nod out off a war that goes bad, casting blame on the casual map handing me an isolated map?
No I want to carry on to the end. Its just because I got prodded by another player asking if they knew where you were a turn ago and I then first saw that you still hadn't met anyone. Wanted to check you were okay being so isolated as if I had that set up, I would hate it.

if I weren't okay with it, I would probably had said something quite a bit of time before t107 ... say, around the time i noticed that i was isolated in the first place at turn 20ish (isolated to the degree that i needed some kind of boats and/or suboptimal cities to meet anyone else asap)... still early enough in the game that i don't think anyone would make a huge fuss about it given the grounds given
I didn't notice the 3xGenerals (guess we now know who is fighting who) last turn. I must check the log more.
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

I'm starting another (very similar to this) pbem with CFC folks. So we don't have a 'Sian' who is isolated, does someone feel like rolling a start, taking a peep at the map to ensure we don't have an isolated start and then using it to start the pbem?
