We can stretch to a ninth. And a tenth, if anyone else wants to sign up by tomorrows deadline. Just needed 7 and a standard size map as minimum requirements for a reasonable test.

This is not working as intended in the current release. Melee units are being produced with 2 XP, not 3 (barracks base) + 2 (Melee bonus). This is contrary to your description saying all melee units will have access to two promotions. I think you'll need to update the XML to retain the original barracks effect (+3XP for land units) and add on the additional bonuses for melee, gunpowder, mounted, and armored units.
And yeah, I can confirm that allowing IND to double national wonders in a city can be kind of game breaking.

If a game-stopping bug is found during play can the mod version actually be updated mid-game or are we just stuck?
