Sent a notice in the game admin thread about the way the timer runs slow.

Gah. Many timer issues could have been fixed easily if r_rolo had simply delegated to Caledorn to maintain a steady turn pace via the Pitboss timer, or the rules had done that from the start. Or if Caledorn had simply treated it as an hosting decision from the start, instead of a rules decision.
Furthermore, I consider that forum views should be fluid in width
