OK, some general thoughts
1) 8 tiles of land stand for 0.52%, so total amount of land is ~1538. With 80*52 map it's ~37% land --> my guess it's tectonic w/ 60% water is near to correct.
2) Situations like this (X is peak) often contains valuable resources in the middle, and we have similar case
X X X
X R X
X X
3) demo

Some thoughts on traits:
There are lots of Org opps. Well, it's very good trait, but I should notice that maps by this mapscript won't have too much cities with lighthouses in need. And civic cost reduction would be actual only at late game.
Both our traits are stronger the more unique they are. As there are only 1 Ind and 1 Cre opp that would made them much stronger. Moreover, both of these traits are stronger the less lush lands are. And it seems to be true also.
Another very pleasant point is that the other Ind leader is Stalin of Mongols, so he has very strong early UU and UB, so he would have a fork: beeline to unique abilities or make use of early wonders.

About GNP:
21 stands for Zara Yakob researching AH and working 2-1-1 tile. We simply don't have civs w/ both hunt&agri to research w/ 1.4 bonus.
Another variant is that someone settled on 3f tile and working 3f tile (heh similar to Gav & Bacchus game). So, if one Fin leader settled on bananas and works fish, it would be 6f 1h 4c.
Still, 7 other players (except us, GNP leader and unsetlled one) have 17.4 GNP on average. So it seems most of them research AH
P.S. Would be interesting if it's Elizabeth researching religion

Wouldn't the fin banana + fish theory make 5f ? 3 from the city tile 2 from the fish ? Unless it's a lake seafood of course

This is correct.

Ah, yep. But this still could be e.g. lake clams
Another option is oasis.

About Ind:
well, it seems that this script is quite rich on stones & marble. I've tested some starts on 10 players 60% water tectonic and ~4-5 of them would have stone or marble close enough to at least 2nd city.
Well, still we could be one of these but that's weaken the stregth of Ind. Still, we could be quite good at especially early wonders.
Btw, as there 8 non-Cre civs, SH would be quite valuable, and Stalin would definitely consider building it.

Some bad news: is that it seems we are to save tile 6 from Cap to build a farm and irrigate corn, in result we would have only 4 river cottages 3 green tiles, 2 green mines. Quite poor on prod before WS.
Another question is where to go scouting after he would reach 889 plain tile
